FAM Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Production & Design team. You’ll support production coordination activities for assigned categories, assisting with timeline tracking, sample logistics and vendor communication under the guidance of senior staff.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage their own workload, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy when working with large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years production coordination or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking production timelines and milestones.
• Support sample requests, logging, and shipment coordination.
• Help maintain production records in ERP/PLM systems.
• Communicate routine status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support purchase order data entry and tracking.
• Assist with ad hoc production coordination tasks.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve or elevate as needed.
