Fourth Floor is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team in New York. The role involves overseeing production processes including daily communication with overseas factories, approvals for samples and fabrics, and maintaining the T&A calendar. Candidates should have at least 3 years in production within the apparel industry, strong organization skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual candidates speaking Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese are preferred.
Qualifications
At least 3+ years of experience in production in an apparel environment.
Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese speaking is a huge plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Daily communication with overseas factories.
Oversee approvals for samples, trims, and fabrics.
Maintain T&A calendar.
Resolve and communicate any production issues.
Ensure data is entered for shipping and POs.
Responsible for understanding and analyzing customer requirements.
Work cross-functionally with design, sales, etc.
