Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Product Manager to lead the full product development and sourcing lifecycle for assigned categories from concept to production. You will partner with Design, Merchandising, and Technical teams to translate concepts into viable products while negotiating costs and guiding production execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong development and sourcing experience with excellent communication to manage seasonal challenges, vendor partnerships, and brand strategy

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of apparel product development and sourcing experience.
• Strong understanding of apparel development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Experience working with vendors and factories, including managing development to production readiness.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and factory compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development and sourcing lifecycle from concept to production.
• Own seasonal milestones and time-and-action calendar for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Technical teams to production-ready samples.
• Negotiate costs with vendors to meet IMU targets while preserving quality.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and onboard new suppliers.
• Coordinate capacity planning with Demand Planning to support orders.
• Monitor vendor performance across cost, quality, and delivery.
• Use FlexPLM, CAP, and other tools to manage samples, approvals, and orders.
• Ensure knowledge of fabric mills, production flow, and QC checkpoints.
• Travel to vendor offices/factories to align development and partnerships.
• Adhere to in-office presence per hybrid policy.
