Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking an Assistant, Product Development to support SMS development and seasonal product lines for Joe’s Jeans and Hudson.

You will coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Production, and vendors to track samples and ensure on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Excel; familiarity with PLM systems and cross-functional collaboration are a plus.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and able to manage multiple trackers.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and sample tracking processes.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Track SMS styles with vendors and maintain Excel reports.
• Create and update sample trackers for all SMS.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors for SMS requests.
• Communicate calendars, timelines and due dates to vendors.
• Lead weekly SMS status meetings with Design teams.
• Coordinate sample distribution to cross-functional teams.
