Job summary

The North Face, by VF Corporation, seeks a Product Developer, Special Projects and Speed for apparel. You will develop apparel across a variety of product lines within the Performance and Lifestyle space, ensuring alignment with the brand's seasonal direction.

You will work in parallel with stakeholders and cross functional teams to meet global business needs. You will own the evolution of product from design concept to salesman samples to bulk production, striving to create compelling apparel

Qualifications

• Apparel fit analysis, grading, construction and patternmaking expertise.
• Experience with or willingness to learn V-Stitcher 3D software for concept patterns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Flex PLM.
• Strong ability to organize multi-phase product development and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and troubleshoot challenges to keep projects on time.
• Develop cost models and collaborate with Merchandising and Sourcing to meet GM% targets.
• Translate designs into full specification packages and BOMs for vendors.
• Drive fit intent and communicate changes across teams and factories.
• Analyze market feedback to refine products and drive future development.
