Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Product Developer for Special Projects and Speed in apparel. You will manage the evolution of product from concept to bulk production, balancing performance, style and cost.

You will work with design, merchandising and sourcing to meet global brand needs. You will own project timelines, cost models and detailed specifications, while translating designs into production-ready packages and ensuring fit consistency across samples and factories.

Qualifications

• Experience with apparel fit analysis, grading, construction and patternmaking.
• Patternmaking experience will receive strong consideration.
• Willingness to learn V-Stitcher 3D software for concept pattern creation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator, and Flex PLM.

Responsibilities

• Develop apparel across product lines within Performance and Lifestyle.
• Ensure alignment with the brand's seasonal direction.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing and cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
