Job summary

Deckers Brands in Goleta, CA, is seeking a Product Analyst - UGG Apparel to power our product data accuracy across PLM, VLP, and internal databases. You will manage seasonal inputs and coordinate product line sheets to drive informed decisions and efficient product lifecycles.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, uphold data quality, and support growth of the UGG apparel lines with timely data validation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in business analysis or product data management, apparel/footwear preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PLM systems.
• Experience with apparel seasonal planning and product lifecycles.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to manage product data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date product line sheets for Apparel across platforms.
• Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and compile seasonal inputs across product attributes.
• Work with Product Creation Team to ensure data accuracy.
• Collect and organize product data, including specifications and priority flags.
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes.
• Drive continuous improvements for product data management lifecycle.
