Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree with relevant design/business coursework and experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and color sense; ability to coordinate with design and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate orders, revisions and approvals of custom products to manufacturers.
• Communicate with clients about their custom products and work to ensure satisfaction.
• Edit product proof photos and artwork using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Manage projects or components under supervision.
• Color match digital colors and thread colors; perform quality checks on incoming products.
• Monitor proofing progress and coordinate between design and manufacturing.
• Participate in design meetings and propose improvements.
• Communicate project statuses to clients and colleagues.
• Purchase blank products from various manufacturers.
• Manage Purchase Orders and accounting journal entries.
