Job summary

ThredUp in Phoenix is seeking a Team Member in our Distribution Center to inspect, process and prepare secondhand clothing for resale. You will open bags, perform quality checks, and log brand, size, gender, and condition using a tablet and scanner.

Qualifications

• Must stand for 10–12 hour shifts, lift up to 30 lbs.
• Perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Maintain focus and a positive attitude on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Open and unpack bags of gently used clothing from customers.
• Conduct quality checks on each garment.
• Use a USB scanner and iPad app with prompts.
• Record brand, size, gender, category, and condition.
• Photograph tags to capture product information.
