Job summary

ThredUp is hiring for a distribution center team member to inspect, process, and prepare secondhand clothing for resale. You will perform quality checks, record product details, and photograph tags using tablets and a scanning app.

This role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 30 lbs, and meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $18/hr for weekend shifts with differential; additional performance-based pay opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 10–12 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment preferred.
• Comfort with tablets and scanning apps.
• Able to learn and follow structured training in first weeks.

Responsibilities

• Open and unpack bags of gently used clothing from customers.
• Conduct quality checks on garments to ensure standards.
• Record details: brand, size, gender, category, condition.
• Photograph tags to capture product information.
