Job summary

ThredUp is hiring for an AM shift at our Texas distribution center. You will open bags, inspect garments, and record details with a tablet and USB scanner. Expect fast-paced, metrics-driven work and a team-focused environment.

Starting pay is $17/hour with performance-based increases. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO from day one, and a supportive training program. Dress code is casual and comfortable, with air-conditioned facilities.

Qualifications

• On-Your-Feet work capable for long shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move racks.
• Comfort using tablets, scanners and basic apps.
• Reliable with attendance and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn via training.

Responsibilities

• Open and unpack bags of gently used clothing from customers.
• Conduct quality checks on each garment.
• Record details such as brand, size, gender, category, and condition.
• Photograph tags to capture product information.
