Winston Retail is seeking a passionate apparel merchandising specialist to bring fashion to life at the store level in Tallahassee. You will ensure displays reflect brand identity, style mannequins, and optimize product presentation to attract shoppers.

Working hands-on in multiple stores, you will execute planograms, manage monthly scheduling, and report progress using the Winston App on a smartphone. A detail-oriented, team-player mindset is essential for success in this independent contractor

Competenze

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling).
• A portfolio of work is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability.
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device.
