Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a full-time Retail Associate to hang, sort, and display clothing, ensuring daily quotas are met. You will rotate items, keep displays organized, count processed goods, and maintain a safe, clean work area on the sales floor.

No experience is required; a strong work ethic and attention to detail are valued. Candidates should be physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using our color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist as needed with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.

You'll often pull, twist, and turn, with occasional talking, walking, pushing, bending, and stooping. Regularly lifting up to 10 pounds, and sometimes up to 50 pounds, is required. Strong close and depth vision are essential.
