Job summary

Hybrid Apparel is seeking a Graphic Designer for menswear to craft on-trend artwork under the Art Director’s guidance. You will research trends, present concepts, and develop line sheets and CAD updates to drive our specialty business.

The role requires a BA in Graphic Design, 5+ years in mens apparel graphics, and strong skills in Photoshop/Illustrator, typography, and screen-printing knowledge. Hybrid offers a hybrid work model in Cypress, CA.

Qualifications

BA or equivalent in Graphic Design.
5+ years of graphic experience in the apparel industry in Mens.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Proficient with administrative/company programs.
Passion for design and a good understanding of market trends.
Strong freehand skills.
Strong sense of typography and composition.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding of the screen-printing process, techniques, and basic garment.
Must be able to demonstrate a pulse of what is trending at retail.

Responsibilities

Create on trend and customer appropriate artwork under direction of the Art Director.
Conduct trend research to identify the latest and upcoming trends.
Present artwork and be able to communicate the thought process behind it.
Create line sheets and CAD updates.
