Columbia Sportswear Company in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Product Fit Specialist II. This hybrid role focuses on apparel quality, fit, wear testing, and product integrity, collaborating across Design, Merchandising, Development, Production, and QA to ensure world-class garments.

You will partner with global teams, test prototypes, review fit on models, and implement improvements. Travel up to 10% may be required, and the role demands strong organizational and communication skills and a degree

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in relevant processes, tools, and systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, product development, product integrity, or related areas.
• Working knowledge of apparel fit and wear testing methodologies.
• Understanding of apparel product development processes and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of pattern making, grading, garment construction, and measuring garments.

Mansioni

• Support fit and wear testing initiatives across apparel categories with Design and Technical teams.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis of quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure samples and testing plans are ready and tracked.
• Serve as a systems expert for fit testing platforms and tester management.
• Travel up to 10% to review incoming goods and supplier samples.
