Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager for Outerwear at our Richmond, CA HQ. This hybrid role drives seasonal product strategies, line plans, and GTM activities globally, coordinating with Design, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Data teams to deliver profitable growth.

You will manage data in PDM and Line Plan tools, lead cross-functional product teams, and support marketplace strategies across wholesale, DTC and eCommerce channels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience working with data and systems or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2–4 years of work experience in product line management, preferably with Outerwear or technical apparel
• Strong attention to details and a stickler for accuracy
• Experience with Merchandising is preferred but not required
• PLM or other product management systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop mid- and long-term strategies and seasonal line plans
• Collaborate with Design, Finance, Planning, Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing to align priorities
• Build bottom-up seasonal line plans with growth drivers tied to consumer insights and goals
• Ensure line plans meet revenue and productivity targets and align with brand vision
• Support Go-to-Market activities and global calendar milestones
• Enter, update and maintain data in PDM and Line Plan tools; ensure accuracy of assortment data
• Communicate changes to cross-functional teams on time
• Lead product presentations with Marketing and Sales
• Provide marketplace insights from regional market trips
• Initiate seasonal hind sighting and assortment analytics
