Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in footwear or product integrity.
• 3–5 years in footwear manufacturing or related areas.
• Working knowledge of fit testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of footwear product development lifecycle.

• Support fit and wear testing across footwear categories.
• Investigate quality concerns to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Production and QA teams.
• Be the system expert for fit testing platforms and data reporting.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
