Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an organized E-Commerce Content Coordinator to support apparel presentations across major retail partner websites. You will manage and upload product photography and digital assets, ensure images are displayed correctly, and maintain up-to-date content in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality online product presentations, meeting retailer requirements, and contributing to ecommerce sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or digital content coordination.
• Experience uploading, organizing, and maintaining product images on retailer websites.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to navigate retailer portals and CMS platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of PIM or DAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product photography and assets across retailer sites.
• Ensure images meet retailer requirements and brand standards.
• Review pages for accuracy, visual appeal, and brand alignment.
• Maintain digital content as new styles and collections arrive.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to publish assets.
• Assist with ecommerce sales support and compelling online presentations.
• Monitor retailer sites for missing images or content issues and fix.
