Job summary

MDS Staffing is seeking an organized E-Commerce Content Coordinator to support apparel product presentation across major retail partner websites. You will upload and manage product photography and digital assets, ensuring images meet retailer requirements and brand standards.

Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to keep content up to date and visually compelling across retailer platforms, while monitoring sites for issues and coordinating corrections.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or digital content coordination, preferably in apparel/fashion.
• Experience uploading, organizing, and maintaining product images or digital assets on retailer websites or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual presentation and brand consistency.
• Comfortable navigating retailer portals and learning different website content management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple product deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with PIM/DAM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage existing product photography and digital assets across retailer websites.
• Ensure product images are properly placed, formatted, and displayed to meet retailer requirements and brand standards.
• Review product pages to confirm imagery is accurate and visually appealing.
• Maintain and update digital content as new styles and collections arrive.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to publish assets in a timely manner.
• Assist with e-commerce sales support by maintaining accurate and compelling online presentations across retail accounts.
• Monitor retailer websites for missing images or incorrect placements and coordinate necessary corrections.
