Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an organized E-Commerce Content Coordinator to support apparel product presentations on major retailer websites. You will manage and upload photography and digital assets, ensuring accurate display and alignment with brand standards.

Work closely with sales and marketing to keep content up to date, publish assets in a timely manner, and monitor retailer sites for issues to maintain high-quality online presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or digital content coordination.
• Ability to upload, organize and maintain product images on retailer sites.
• Strong eye for visual presentation and brand consistency.
• Comfort navigating retailer portals and CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product photography and digital assets across retail partner sites.
• Ensure images are properly placed, formatted, and meet retailer requirements.
• Review pages to confirm imagery is accurate and brand-aligned.
• Maintain digital content as new styles and collections release.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams for timely publication.
• Support e-commerce sales by maintaining compelling online presentations.
• Monitor retailer sites for missing images or content issues and correct as needed.
