Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment; follow merchandising and floor-set standards.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities and budgets; execute plans with independent judgment.
• Create effective schedules and workloads to maximize efficiency and meet payroll/financial goals.
• Build and lead a strong team; recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and review direct reports; foster a respectful, inclusive store environment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; ensure policy compliance and accountability.
