Kroger Co. is hiring to assist in Apparel department management at our Anchorage, AK location. You will support merchandising, pricing accuracy, and customer service while upholding our values of respect and safety.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, coordinating promotions, and ensuring compliance with planograms and store policies. Strong organizational and leadership skills required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BA/BS in business or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, RMDS and current company email.
• CPR/first aid certification.
• Experience directing/participating on project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate/organize merchandising of the department floor.
• Implement period merchandising bulletins, POS, lobby plans, and period planners.
• Maintain compliance with planograms, ticketing, and stockroom standards.
• Audit pricing accuracy and follow up on price changes.
• Assist in the inventory process and perform clerk duties.
• Coach associates and provide feedback for performance reviews.
