Pinnacle Health Medical Group of UPMC Central Pennsylvania is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Program Manager to oversee APP activities within the CPA Primary Care Service Line for UPMC. The role balances administrative leadership with clinical insight at 3 Walnut Street, Lemoyne PA.

The ideal candidate will guide orientation, recruitment, performance management, and continuing education initiatives while collaborating with executive leadership to advance APP practice and patient care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare, management, or education.
• Licensed/certified APP (CRNA/NP/PA/Nurse Midwife) required.
• Knowledge of APP accreditation standards and licensure requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop APP initiatives and programming with leadership to strengthen APP roles.
• Manage focused recruitment, retention, and compensation programs for APPs.
• Direct and motivate staff to support executive goals for APP programs.
• Standardize privileging and scope of practice for APPs and physicians.
• Coordinate continuing education and student placement with Learning Institute.
