Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Advanced Practice Providers to join our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for providers who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work–life balance.

In this role, you will work closely with other Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care,

Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license.
• Primary Care or Family Medicine experience preferred.
• Strong skills in preventive care and chronic condition management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model.
• BLS required.
