Job summary

AdventHealth Primary Care Network in Florida is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care from pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health, and participate in independent and collaborative medical

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred.
• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license.
• Active DEA license.
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care.
• Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
