AdventHealth Primary Care Network in Deltona, FL seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across all ages, including women’s health, and to manage acute and chronic conditions with collaborative support from physicians.

We offer a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek, minimal call, and full-benefit packages from day one, including PTO, medical/dental/vision, retirement, and parental leave, in a mission-driven team setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or PA Studies.
• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care.
• Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.

Licensure, Certification & Registration

• Active Florida APRN or PA-C license

• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification


• BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
