Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Bloomfield, Michigan. This part-time role offers the chance to deliver patient-centered care within a supportive, mission-driven system and collaborate with a skilled team of physicians and APPs.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of Primary Care experience, be board-certified in a relevant specialty, hold an active Michigan license, and maintain BLS/ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in specialty prior to employment.
• 2-3 years of experience in Primary Care preferred.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license
• BLS certification (must be maintained) / ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
