Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Urgent Care team in Whitehall, Michigan. This full-time role features 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm) with weekend/holiday rotations, in a physician-led, mission-driven private-practice environment.

Qualifications

• Provider experience preferred.

Opportunity Details

• Position Type:Full time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule:12-hour shifts (8am to 8pm) with some variability possible.
  • Operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm
  • Position would include every other weekend and holiday rotations
• Location: Whitehall, MI
• Specialty:Urgent Care
• Team Size:3 budgeted and several per diem providers along with assistance from resident moonlighters
• Typical procedures:
  • Sprains andstrains
  • Stitches
  • Rashes
  • Cold andFlu Symptoms
  • Tooth Pain
  • Sore Throat
  • Pink eye
  • Lower back pain
  • Animal or insect bite
  • Urinary tract infection

• Additional details: Very busy urgent care with a great team and a variety of patients.
