Advanced Practitioner / Advance Practice Provider / Physician Assistant

Job Details

• Join the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) supporting a dynamic critical care service
• Serve as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients across three ICUs at affiliated hospital locations
• Perform daily rounds and management of critical illnesses
• Perform common bedside procedures and ventilator management
• Manage ICU admissions and critical care consults
• Assist with bed flow management across units
• Serve on the Medical Emergency Team and respond to all hospital emergencies
• Rotational schedule covering day, night, and weekend responsibilities across all three affiliated hospital locations
• Role requires independent critical thinking and patient care management in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience and strong interest in critical care medicine is strongly preferred
• Ideal candidates are motivated, confident, compassionate, and patient-focused with strong organizational, flexibility, adaptability, and time management skills
