Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required with minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the appropriate specialty.
• Must hold RN licensure in OK or a multistate license via NLC.
• National certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess health status, illness conditions, and health risks of patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to provide patient care.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate changes to the plan of care.
