Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to back the Project Manager and Superintendent on large-scale Florida construction projects. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and execution across multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll support documentation, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder communications, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle and BIM/tech-enabled delivery. This on-site Florida role offers growth toward a PM position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM, CE, architecture, or related field.
• 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, hospitality, high-rise, or mixed-use projects is a plus.
• Proficiency with construction drawings, specs, and docs.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day management of large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Assist through preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, owners, and stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, POs, and docs.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and project docs.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor costs, commitments, and change orders.
• Assist with procurement and contract administration.
• Participate in coordination meetings.
• Maintain organized project records and owner communications.
