Job summary

Deploy's Clientis is seeking an Assistant Project Manager II to drive execution of program tasks within our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) delivery model. The role blends office-based coordination with onsite field support and prepares financial deliverables for PM review.

The APM II operates with a higher level of independence and accuracy compared to APM I, ensuring critical information reaches stakeholders on time and supporting continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own coordination workstreams end-to-end for assigned projects.
• Prepare financial deliverables and assist with cost tracking.
• Support field operations with document control and on-site data gathering.
• Track supply chain status, vendor performance, and change orders.
• Train junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
