This full-time, on-site Assistant Project Manager (APM) position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, scheduling, inspections, logistics management, and field operations while working alongside experienced construction professionals. The APM will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include assisting with project planning, expediting materials and resources, coordinating logistics, monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, and supporting daily project execution. The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience and a working knowledge of heavy civil construction activities, including grading, wet and dry utilities, storm drainage, and hardscape construction. Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous construction industry experience is required. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is strongly encouraged but not required.
