Saint Cyr Partners in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for heavy civil highway and utility projects. You will work alongside a senior PM on VDOT-related work across Virginia, with relocation assistance available.

The role emphasizes driving submittals, coordinating subcontractors, tracking quantities and costs, and supporting schedule updates with a focus on safety and quality. A path to Project Manager is available.

Competenze

• 3+ years on heavy civil, highway or utility projects.
• VDOT or DOT project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling and cost tracking required.
• BS degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• HeavyJob, Bluebeam or P6 experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Based in Virginia or willingness to relocate.

Mansioni

• Drive submittals, RFIs and procurement so field crews stay ahead of the work
• Coordinate subcontractors and supplier purchase orders
• Track quantities, production and cost against budget
• Prepare monthly pay applications and cost projections
• Support schedule updates and change management
• Work with VDOT inspectors and owner representatives
• Keep project documentation clean and current
• Take part in weekly schedule and cost reviews with the project team
• Support a strong jobsite safety culture
