Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks an Applications Portfolio Management Data Steward to maintain data integrity in the APM system of record. You will validate data, enforce enterprise standards, and coordinate with technology owners and governance teams to ensure proper vetting before updates.

This role supports risk, compliance, and asset lifecycle management. You will monitor taxonomy alignment, manage change requests, and ensure CMDB/CSDM adherence while producing KPI reports for data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow in Application Portfolio Management.
• Strong understanding of CSDM framework and CMDB structures.
• Experience with IT governance, data stewardship and risk/audit processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify data issues.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technology teams and stakeholders.
• Clear communication to articulate standards, decisions, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Data accuracy and maintenance within APM and TDAR.
• Maintain and oversee records in the APM system for accuracy and completeness.
• Review application entries for currency and taxonomy alignment.
• Monitor for duplicates or incomplete records and take corrective actions.
• Vetting governance for change requests and decommissioning.
• Process tickets for additions/modifications with proper work notes.
• Collaborate with technology owners and governance stakeholders.
• Ensure changes adhere to CMDB and CSDM structures.
• Serve as liaison between application owners, platform teams, and governance.
• Provide guidance on APM standards and data entry requirements.
• Support risk, compliance and audit reviews.
• Generate reports/dashboards tracking data quality and remediation.
• Monitor TAM standards and OSFI B-13 compliance.
• Contribute to KPI and KRI reporting for APM.
