Talenzaa is seeking a hands-on API engineering expert with USC eligibility for an ITAR position in the United States. The role focuses on APIGEE X/Hybrid, API management, and GCP, with requirements to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in these areas on your resume.

You will install, configure, deploy, and maintain APIGEE-based platforms, build secure APIs, and design robust CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with cloud and API architecture teams is essential.

Formación

• Hands-on experience installing, configuring and maintaining APIGEE Hybrid / Apigee X (ITAR).
• Strong cloud engineering across GCP/AWS/Azure with architecture focus.
• Develop and troubleshoot APIs with Apigee; implement CI/CD for Apigee.
• Proficient with tools like Postman; and standard web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with Terraform/Ansible for automation; containerization and Kubernetes.

Note: This is not a Full Stack Developer role. We need a candidate with strong, hands-on experience in Apigee X/Apigee Hybrid, API Management, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform). These skills must be clearly mentioned in the resume to proceed further. Profiles without relevant Apigee and GCP experience will not be considered.

Required Skills

• 1. Experience installing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining API Management platforms like APIGEE Hybrid,
• 2. Proficient in developing APIs in APIGEE, troubleshooting API failures
• 3. Experience with tools like Postman, JMeter etc.
• 4. Good understanding of XML, JSON, Web Service Technologies (SOAP, REST), OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, JWT,
• SSO implementation, XML/JSON transformations, logging policies, KVM, Caching
• 5. Good understanding of implementation of CI/CD pipeline for Apigee
• 6. Expertise in Kubernetes to automate application deployment, scaling and management
• 7. Experience with containerization
• 8. Experience with any Source Control Tools such as Bitbucket, Git Hub etc.
• 9. Experienced with languages such as Python, Go, Bash and/or PowerShell.
• 10. Solid understanding of AGILE principals and methodologies, with experience in the SCRUM and SAFe
• frameworks
• 11. Extensive hands-on experience in Enterprise API Management and Integration Platforms such as APIGEE
• Hybrid and Apigee X.
• 12. Hands-on cloud engineering experience (Azure, AWS and/or GCP) building effective cloud technology

• Implements Enterprise API and Integration platforms strategy from a technical perspective, including design,
• planning, integration, maintenance, and support of ApigeeX infrastructure architecture
• Perform cert renewals and update GCP secret managers for deploying the certs using Automation.
• Perform deployment of APIGEE X using existing automation written in Terraform
• Enhance automation scripts (Terraform, Python, Ansible) to support APIGEEX upgrades
• Perform periodic capacity planning/infrastructure expansion for APIGEEX
• Monitoring, Alerting, Troubleshooting of APIS deployed on APIGEEX
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the infrastructure on which the APIGEEX are deployed
• Works closely with the API and Integration platforms architect(s) on activities such as API design,
• implementation, testing, production deployment and support
• Able to work with 3rd party logging tools Splunk, ApigeeX analytics and generate daily and weekly reports
• Able to understand and work on automations on Google cloud platform
• Able to work and develop pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Identify technical dependencies and roadblocks proactively and work with cross-functional teams to remove them
