BairesDev is hiring an API Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of REST and GraphQL APIs. You will design automated tests, run contract tests, and collaborate with developers to define API specifications, driving quality before release.

The role emphasizes CI/CD integration, performance testing, and maintaining detailed defect documentation in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or software engineering.
• Proven API-level testing experience (functional and performance).
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured.
• Hands-on experience with contract testing for REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of automated testing integration within CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

API Test Engineer at BairesDev

As an API Test Engineer, you will specialize in ensuring the quality and reliability of REST and GraphQL APIs through comprehensive testing strategies. You will play a vital role in the development lifecycle by identifying vulnerabilities and functional issues at the interface level before they impact the end-user experience.
