Job summary

Payarc is seeking a Product Support & Implementation Engineer to deliver top-tier technical support for our API and SDK products. You will work directly with developers, ISVs, and merchants to assist with integrations, troubleshoot issues, and provide in-depth technical support across Payarc’s offerings including Gateway, Connect, and Merchant Dashboard.

The role sits at the intersection of Support, Product, and Engineering, ensuring successful integrations and feeding customer feedback for

Qualifications

3+ years in Level 2 or higher technical support for APIs/SDKs.
Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and authentication.
Proven customer-facing experience on technical projects involving implementations and integrations.
Experience with API documentation platforms such as ReadMe.io.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical support for Payarc’s API and SDK suite across Payarc Gateway, Payarc Connect, and Merchant Dashboard.
Guide ISV and merchant customers through full integration lifecycle from first API call to production launch.
Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using tools like Postman and tracing requests across gateways and services.
Maintain and improve technical documentation and API references (ReadMe.io, ReadMe-like platforms).
Relay customer feedback to product/engineering and contribute to continuous product improvements.
Create onboarding materials and training sessions for new customers.
