Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in PHP/Laravel, JavaScript with React or Angular, Java, C#, Python, or Kotlin.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub, including pull requests and code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications, APIs, and backend services with limited guidance.
• Build secure APIs and services, including payment-related functionality, in compliance with PCI DSS.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and pull requests—both giving and receiving constructive feedback and follow engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver features that meet user and business needs.
• Debug, test, and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity, including production defects surfaced through monitoring tools.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
