Job summary

Capgemini is leading the Quality Engineering workstream for Costco's Global Membership Platform modernization. The role covers migration-focused validation across up to 257 in-scope APIs and repositories, coordinating with Costco QE, architects, onshore/offshore teams, and Apigee platform teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience including API/integration or cloud modernization testing.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing QE governance for large, multi-team migration programs.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Azure, AKS, APIM or Apigee, CI/CD and production-release governance.
• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth 2.0, Entra ID, RBAC and API security validation.
• Experience defining API performance-test scope, NFRs and readiness criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern API testing strategy, plans, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates.
• Lead customer-facing QE governance with Costco QE, architects, platform teams and release stakeholders.
• Manage risks, scope, changes, and production-readiness assessments for migration waves.
• Own test status, defect aging, severity alignment and escalation.
• Prepare concise QE dashboards and maintain traceability across scope, test conditions, execution evidence, defects and acceptance criteria.
