Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an API Manufacturing Operator in Clayton, NC to operate automated equipment and support production goals in a GMP environment. The role reports to the Shift Manager, Operations – API, and involves real-time batch record review and strict adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

This position requires a high school diploma and an associate degree or higher in tech, science, or engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree or higher in Tech, Science, or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum two years of manufacturing experience in FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Experience following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate API manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals.
• Follow GMP and cGMP documentation and quality standards.
• Review SOPs and other documents as required.
• Manage training plans and participate in qualification activities.
• Load and unload product from trucks and ISO containers.
• Maintain clean room areas and perform environmental monitoring.
