• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of partner API integration initiatives.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and track integration work.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates.
• Support testing, validation, and launch activities for new integrations.
