Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of API experience, software integrations, or technical business analysis.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON; ability to translate tech concepts to business language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to define API integration solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, software developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to gather API requirements.
• Document API specifications, workflows, request/response models, and technical requirements.
• Assist with API design reviews for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Test APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger; support third-party integrations and troubleshoot.
