Job summary

enGen is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead and support enterprise API Gateway infrastructure across hybrid environments in the United States. You will drive platform reliability, API security, and cross-functional collaboration while guiding a team of engineers and IT professionals.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in API gateways, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, security, automation, and observability, with a proven track record in leadership and delivering solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in a leadership/mentoring role.
• 5 years of planning, implementing, maintaining and growing capabilities within relevant discipline.
• 3 years of developing, communicating and presenting concepts to varying audiences.

Responsibilities
