Job summary

enGen is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead and support our enterprise API gateway infrastructure. This role requires strong technical experience with API gateway platforms, cloud, Kubernetes, security, automation, and observability in hybrid environments.

You will drive platform reliability, API security, incident response, architectural collaboration and team leadership while partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, CS or related discipline.
• 5+ years in leadership/mentoring role (preferred).
• 3+ years presenting concepts to varying audiences and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise API gateway infrastructure and platform reliability.
• Oversee API security, incident response, and architecture collaboration.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across hybrid environments.
• Mentor staff and drive process improvements in IT operations.
