Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking an API SME & Technical Product Manager in Irving, TX to lead the API-first NaaS platform and drive enterprise-grade networking solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering and business teams to define APIs for authentication, provisioning, billing, telemetry, and capacity management, while ensuring secure, scalable integrations with multi-vendor ecosystems and TMF-aligned standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive API-driven product development experience.
• 14+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with TMF-compliant APIs and standards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an API-first NaaS product roadmap centered on network provisioning.
• Collaborate with engineering to design, test, and deploy APIs for authentication, inventory, provisioning, billing, telemetry, and capacity management.
• Lead partner integrations and define API contracts for automated provisioning and multi-vendor orchestration.
• Oversee end-to-end feature execution and establish KPIs for API adoption and partner success.
