Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build products improving how the Internet works. You will shape high-level goals, pitch concepts to leadership, collaborate with marketing, work with design for user research, prototype features, and iterate on specifications with engineers.

The role emphasizes ownership of enterprise readiness, API design decisions, and balancing complex enterprise needs with simplicity for users.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience as a product manager, technical program manager, or equivalent delivering solutions in the cloud at scale for a technical audience.
• Customer focus and ability to design for enterprises without compromising experience for individuals and small businesses.
• User experience sense and collaboration with designers to translate requirements into an elegant UX.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own priorities and scope for a high performing engineering team focusing on organizations and partners.
• Lead API design reviews and determine best practices for company-wide implementation (pagination, versioning, deprecation).
• Balance personal roadmaps with alignment across product teams for a unified API standard.
• Engage with practitioners—platform engineers, DevOps, and enterprise architects—rather than executive leadership.
