Ability to collaborate across development, QA, business, and release teams.

Responsibilities

Develops detailed test cases from functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
Leads test planning and ensures clear acceptance criteria in stories.
Reviews test cases with SMEs to ensure coverage and quality.
Identifies automation opportunities and develops automation for applicable tests.
Executes manual and automated tests and records results.
Designs test data with data compliance in mind.
Supports production releases and CRQ deployments, including occasional weekend work.
