Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in fields including but not limited to Finance, Economics, Mathematics, CS, Statistics, Data Science, or related.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering in Quantitative Finance or other industries.
• Strong Programming skills (e.g., Python) and understanding of SDLC.
• Able to document testing methodologies clearly for stakeholders and auditors.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and digital fluency.
• Experience implementing process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Reviews test builds, maintenance, and quality assessments.
• Identifies and handles issue escalation to prevent delays and enable automation.
• Interacts with internal/external contacts to research, analyze, and resolve complex problems.
• Ensures effectiveness and compliance with laws, rules, and policies.
