Job summary

ReCon Management Services is seeking an API Inspector to report to the Inspection & NDT Supervisor. You will work on technical aspects of projects and must communicate technical requirements and deliverables clearly and concisely.

The role requires knowledge of fixed equipment and piping inspection, the ability to identify damage mechanisms, and to provide timely feedback of inspection results to clients and supervisors. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of fixed equipment and piping inspection.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential damage mechanisms.
• Ensure inspections meet requirements for detection.
• Recommend repairs based on inspection findings.
• Provide timely feedback of inspection results to the client or Supervisor.
• Provide oversight, interpretation, auditing, and approval of NDT to be performed.
• Organize, prioritize, and execute a peak workload.
• Comply with all safety procedures.
• Travel as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
